Setting up a Corporate/Business Account:

1.) Fill out our membership form. A paid 1 YEAR or LIFETIME 
    membership is REQUIRED for Corporate or Business accounts.

2.) Attach a photocopy of the corporate credit card and driver's
    License of the primary person responsible for the account.

3.) On a copy of your business letterhead, list the names of the 
    Employees who are authorized to rent on this account.

4.) Please denote on your application whether you would like to:
  	
	- Pay as you go
	- Put Rentals and Late Fees on your account and have us 
          charge your credit card at the end of the month.
	- Put Rentals and Late Fees on your account and invoiced 
	  monthly.
